About Us
Mission
Maintaining a local flavor--in the spirit of "giving back"--is central to the mission of BHC. More than a slogan, however, achieving our mission requires a commitment to locally sourcing 100% of coffee beans, 100% of baked good and other food selections, and donating 5% of profits to local nonprofits serving disadvantaged communities.
Raised in the City of Milwaukee, ownership understands the significance, and multiplying impact, of local economic and social investment.
Intentional Partner Selection
Equally important as our mission, BHC's core product selection is the result of a very intentional, diligent process. We thoroughly evaluate each potential partner--for quality, culture, process, etc.--before electing to work with a particular vendor. Today, we are a proud partner of Valentine Coffee Roasters. Valentine is a paragon of quality, exemplifying a level of passion and dedication-to-craft that is second to none.
We are delighted to partner with other awesome, well-known brands for our selection of baked goods and sandwiches (Troubadour and The Soup Market, respectively). Both prominent fixtures of Milwaukee, our partners have years of experience churning out delectable, mouth-watering favorites.

Who needs Netflix when you can enjoy a perfect latte in our elegantly-designed ambience! Our "industrial-look-with-a-modern-feel" is highly inviting, promoting comfort, community, and connectivity.
Come have a seat at our custom-built signature table replete with charging portals and a river of genuine coffee beans flowing through! Or, relax on our sidewalk patio. But wherever you decide to relax, stay connected with our guest Wi-Fi.

Boiler House Cafe offers a great selection of hot and cold flavorful drinks, as well as quick, simple food options. So, whether you are stopping in for your morning joe, a quick lunch, or a light afternoon snack, we've got you covered...so come on in!
